In the middle of the night, I was awaken by a soft sound. When I opened my eyes, I saw two small white round objects staring at me!
"MaMi, I want to go to toilet."
That was Hao Hao.
"Can you just switch on the night light and go to toilet yourself?" I was a bit upset that my beauty sleep was disrupted.
But to be honest, it is so dark at night that we can't even locate the switch of our night light! So I can't blame him for not using that night light!
I was glad to be invited to Philips Imaginative Lighting slumber party (I attended without my pyjamas), and learnt that Philips and Disney have teamed up and developed a range of lighting products.
According to Philips survey, 43.5% of parents said that their little ones wake up an average of once or twice each night. Oh, I am not alone.
We were grateful to receive a Philips and Disney Torch Light in Winnie the Pooh design at the slumber party.
Pei Pei tested it at home. The size of the torch light is just nice for her to hold. She turns into an investigator at night to check that there is no "monster" on her bolster.
A few weeks later, another surprise was delivered to our house - Philips and Disney Night Light in Minnie Mouse design.
We like this night light as compared to our old one, because it has motion sensor! So it means that we do not need to hunt for the switch in the darkness!
Great! This Minnie night light guides the children to the toilet at night!
The Philips and Disney lighting range is now available online, as well as at selected departmental, and mother & childcare stores. Prices are as follows:
Philips and Disney SoftPals: S$72.90
Philips and Disney Light and Image Projectors: S$38.90
Philips and Disney Night Light: S$24.90
Philips and Disney Torch Light: S$19.90
