Chocolate Truffle Cake is rich in chocolate flavour and is not too sweet. We like the moist sponge cake, which encloses the rich and smooth chocolate ganache.

Frosted with rich cream cheese, the level sweetness of Red Velvet Cake is actually just right. I am concerned over the type of colouring that produces the vivid red colour, but I am delighted to hear that natural ingredients are used in their Red Velvet Cake.

Pistachio Rose Cake, as the name implies, has a significant rose fragrance in every bite. We would wish that it is more moist.
