Begonia Road Playground - Swings, See-saw and Merry-go-round

During Chinese New Year, we visited our relatives at Yio Chu Kang Road area, where we chanced upon a hidden gem in the quiet neighbourhood - Begonia Road Playground.

At Begonia Road Playground, the children were overjoyed to see these - swings, see-saw and Merry-go-round!

While those are not the old-school type of swing, see-saw and Merry-go-round, the children and even myself enjoyed this playground because we hardly see all these exist within one playground (please let us know if there are other such playgrounds).

This playground is not really accessible unless you drive. If you are taking bus, you would have to walk a short distance after alighting.

  2. Wah, the merry go round very retro leh. Though not precisely the metallic one that I used to play with as a kid, but definitely more retro than the ones at my 'hood.

    1. The most retro merry go round would be the one at Tiong Bahru Park!

  3. Actually there are many such small but nostalgic playgrounds nestled in private estates too. Worth checking out.
