As a cheese lover, my taste buds were over the moon when I popped Cheezylicious - Cheese Pineapple Tarts into my mouth. What an innovative twist to pineapple tarts! I could feel the perfect fusion of parmesan cheese with the crust!
The first person who tried Pineapple Tarts Singapore's Crispy Sia - Prawn Roll was my father. He popped one prawn roll into his mouth, then another one, and another one! Then I ate one, and understood why my father could not stop eating the prawn rolls. The prawn rolls were crispy, and I enjoyed the crunch! The filling of sambal and prawn paste was generous.
I had Thousand Layer Goodness - Kueh Lapis as my breakfast and afternoon tea for a few days. You may ask why I didn't get sick of it, it was because the kueh lapis was fluffy and rich! It was moist and not too oily.
