Homemade Push Pop Soya Beancurd Pudding Recipe

There was a craze over soya beancurd pudding last year. Nevertheless, it is still one of our favourite desserts!

We made a twist to the presentation of this dessert for Christmas - Soya beancurd pudding in push pop style!

Ingredients (4 servings):
400 ml Soya milk (we used Vitasoy)
3 teaspoons Gelatin powder
4 Push pop cake containers (we bought from Phoon Huat, or you can recycle the containers if you buy push pop cakes. Each container can hold about 100 ml)

Instruction:
  1. Heat up soya milk in a saucepan over low heat, do not let it boil.
  2. Put the gelatin powder in a small bowl, add some warm soya milk into the bowl to melt the gelatin powder, pour back into the saucepan, stir.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Remove the bubbles using a spoon.
  5. Leave to cool.
  6. Transfer into the push pop cake containers.
  7. Chill overnight in the fridge.
  8. Decorate the containers using stickers / Washi tapes / ribbons.

How to make the push pop container stand in the fridge? You may wonder.

Our method: let it stand on the mouth of water bottle (preferably those with wider opening)!

Snowman says "Merry Christmas" to all of you!
