There was a craze over soya beancurd pudding last year. Nevertheless, it is still one of our favourite desserts!
We made a twist to the presentation of this dessert for Christmas - Soya beancurd pudding in push pop style!
Ingredients (4 servings):
400 ml Soya milk (we used Vitasoy)
3 teaspoons Gelatin powder
4 Push pop cake containers (we bought from Phoon Huat, or you can recycle the containers if you buy push pop cakes. Each container can hold about 100 ml)

Instruction:
- Heat up soya milk in a saucepan over low heat, do not let it boil.
- Put the gelatin powder in a small bowl, add some warm soya milk into the bowl to melt the gelatin powder, pour back into the saucepan, stir.
- Remove from heat.
- Remove the bubbles using a spoon.
- Leave to cool.
- Transfer into the push pop cake containers.
- Chill overnight in the fridge.
- Decorate the containers using stickers / Washi tapes / ribbons.

Our method: let it stand on the mouth of water bottle (preferably those with wider opening)!
