We were amazed by the skill of the prata chef at Casuarina Curry.

We were thrilled to be invited to attend the Prata Making Workshop by Causarina Curry, which is located at Casuarina Road (near Upper Thomson Road). 

Is the workshop suitable for children? Don't worry, there is no need to step into the kitchen, the lesson is conducted within the dining area of the restaurant. 

The prata dough is prepared in advance, the focus of the workshop is to flip the prata, which is the most difficult part of making roti prata!

After the chef's demonstration, Hao Hao volunteered himself to be the first student to do the hands-on!

The prata chef was very patient in guiding Hao Hao to make his first prata!

It is a good bonding session for parent and child to flip prata together!

Of course, you don't go all the way there to just make prata. You get to eat a variety of prata too!

Which beverage is the best with prata? Milo Dinosaur? Teh Tarik?

Their Teh Tarik is suitable for sweet-tooth like me!

The beautiful chocolate prata was eaten up swallowed by the children in the blink of an eye!

Wow, we received a certificate of participation to the Prata Scholar Workshop! So we are now prata scholars!

Want to make your own prata? Three sessions are available daily from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

For SGD15, you learn to make your own prata, and enjoy free flow of plain prata plus one drink. To try out other assorted prata, just add additional SGD5!
